One 4-Week Program with single assessment after 2 weeks = $50.00

Two 4-Week Programs with assesment at 2, 4 and 6 weeks = $80.00

Three 4-Week Programs with assessment at 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 weeks = $120.00
