Small Group Training (min 3, max 5)

Whether with a friend, family, classmate or co-worker, knowing that someone else is sharing in the work, the perseverance, the hardship, the exhilaration and the achievements builds the camaraderie that provides the extra boost to keep you moving forward. The intimacy of Small Group gives you the opportunity to take full advantage of training with others while maintaining the individual attention to detail that will excel your training to attain your goals.
Group Training has a purchase minimum of 4 sessions, minimum 1 session/month.
Rate = $35.00/person/session
Pkg of 5 sessions or more = $30.00/person/session
Pkg of 10 sessions or more = $25.00/person/session
